What is Lucas County Canine Care and Control?
Lucas County Canine Care & Control handles stray and homeless dogs and enforces dog laws in Lucas County. Between Canine Control Officers, office and kennel staff, and a medical team, their staff handles about 300 dogs monthly.
What do they do?
Lucas County Canine Care & Control’s mission is to provide a safe environment for the citizens of Lucas County through fair, efficient, and prompt enforcement of laws pertaining to dog control and public education. They also pledge to care for the dog dogs in their facility with compassion, do their best to return lost dogs to their rightful owners, and strive to find homes for safe dogs that become homeless through no fault of their own.

This month we have partnered with Lucas County Canine Care & Control in efforts to make an impact on the dogs who need help in our community. Proceeds from this shirt sale will help Lucas County Canine Care & Control provide the medical care these dogs require.
