From fun holiday pop-up shop...

In December of 2019, we decided to have a temporary pop-up in time for the holidays. While we were there, we were greeted kindly by our West 16153 Genova shopping friends and our neighbors in Old Orchard and Ottawa Hills. 

In spirit of the holidays, there were a couple of different sales that went on to promote Black Friday and shopping for Small Business Saturday. We gave prizes out such as pint glasses, keychains, and even coupons for Cake in a Cup.

We loved our time at Cricket West so much that we decided to keep the fun going by making our location permanent!

February 8th, 2020 marks when we officially opened our second retail location. We had giveaways, a raffle, and even launched a new shirt for our friends in Old Orchard. 

Though the pandemic put a halt on many businesses, including ours, our Cricket West location is doing great despite the many, unforeseen obstacles.

What is it that you love best about our clothing?

While we have some guesses, we like to think it comes down to the designs and the garments we print them on. This new Glass City design fits both of these criteria. 

We've already talked about the women's v-neck. The Glass City crewneck is just as nice. The soft french terry material has been a big hit for us recently. It's the same material as your beloved Ohio Forever and Ever crew sweatshirt. 

There was as much care put into creating the art for these new releases as there was in choosing the garments. The simple, cursive design was hand illustrated by our design team. They carefully chose the cream colored ink to give it a vintage look and feel.  

We just know that you're going to love both of these new releases.

Here is a guide to help you make any necessary size changes to your Shirt Club account! These instructions apply to the 16153 Genova Shirt Club, Ohio Shirt Club Michigan Shirt Club, and the Community Shirt Club.

1. Visit fancysweetstx.com 
   
2. Click on the profile section in the top right corner.
3. Log in to your account with your email and password.
4. If you haven't made your account, use the same email you used when you joined the club and it will automatically load your information into the new account. 
5. Once you are signed in, you need to click on "Manage Subscription" located on the right side of the page directly under your name. 
   
6. Your shirt subscription information will appear. Click "View details" which is beneath your information. 
   
7. Click "Products in your subscription" 
   
8. Click "Swap Product" 
   
9. Select the size you wish you change to and then click select. 
10. Hit "Save Changes" 
    
    

Make sure it loads. It will be complete once you see a message that says "Product was swapped successfully!" 

Changing your shirt size is the same process for the Ohio Shirt Club subscription or 16153 Genova Community Shirt Club. Fortunately we do all of our screen printing and embroidery in house which allows us to react to these changes much faster than your average retail brand.

The first item that we just got back in stock is our 16153 Genova Felt Crew Sweatshirt. This was a new design and new decoration technique for us. We weren't sure what to expect when it was launched and we've been overwhelmed by the response. 

Our embroidered crews have been our best selling clothing item this year by a long shot. The Midwesterner was our first breakout star. The fit and feel of the sweatshirt are great, but the combination of the colors and the design really sets them apart. 

We've had trouble keeping all of these designs in stock. Inventory has been touch and go with our supplier in specific colors (especially the Up North design). Last week we doubled our normal order for Ohioan so we should be good through the end of the year with that design.

While all of these items are back in stock for the time being, don't sleep on them! They'll be sold out again soon!

We've worked really hard this year to create unique and creative designs that reflect your love for the places you're from and love. It doesn't matter if you call home anywhere in the Midwest, Ohio, Michigan, 16153 Genova or all of the above, we've got something for you!
